These terms and conditions are also applicable to other prepaid reservation websites operated by AsiaRoom.net. Guaranteed Lowest Rate policy
Asia Room Network is proud to bring you this site where we guarantee the LOWEST RATES on the INTERNET. We work with a variety of travel wholesalers who buy blocks of hotel rooms at special discounts to bring you the absolutely lowest rates available. Rates quoted on our sites are inclusive of all taxes and service charges and there are no additional booking fees. We offer the best! If you have reserved a hotel room through Asia Room Network and then show us that you can find a lower rate for the same room and dates, in advance through another Internet source, our agents will investigate, meet it or better it. Check In/Out Time

Unless specified otherwise, the check in time is twelve noon (12:00 PM) and the check out time is twelve noon (12:00 PM)

Payment

You will require a valid credit card to pay for your reservation. The cardholder must be one of the guests checking-in or must sign our card authorization form and fax this to us within 24 hours. The transaction will appear as www.ASIAROOM.net on your credit card statement. www.ASIAROOM.net allows you to make secure online purchases. We process billions of dollars worth of consumer transactions and guarantee that every transaction you make with a www.ASIAROOM.net supplier will be 100% safe.

Fraud Policy

Information provided must match valid credit card account records as provided by the issuing bank. Providing false information constitutes fraud and will not be tolerated. Fraudulent behavior will be aggressively prosecuted by www.ASIAROOM.net to the fullest extent of the law.

Cancellation policy

We do not charge any cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. However once your room has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies detailed below. The cancellation policy below applies to all bookings unless the hotel you have booked with has different terms and conditions to those stated below. It is in your best interests to be aware of any cancellation policies that apply and fees that you may incur as a result of a cancellation. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedent over the policy stated here. We will of course inform you clearly and completely if this is the case with your booking. If you cancel:

Some hotels have policies that are not the same as the above table and therefore it is in your interest to pay very careful attention to any information we pass on to you about this matter if you think that these policies may apply to your booking

If you do not wish to keep a reservation YOU MUST:
Cancel by sending us an e-mail with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line and quoting your booking ID if you have one, or the hotel name and relevant dates.Failure to do so will result in you being subject to the conditions described above so it is imperative that you let us know as early as possible.

Extension of stay
Be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend your booking after arrival, you will need to contact our Reservations office as the hotel will not offer you these discount prices (Hotel will charge you full walk-in rates).

Shortening your stay
We would love to be as flexible as we can regarding this issue. However, as an agent, Asia Room Network has to abide by the individual hotel policies regarding refunds. Essentially, if the hotel charges you for the nights you cancelled, we do too. If the hotel does not charge you, neither do we and we will refund the amount to you less 10% administration charge + 300 THB. You must cancel the unwanted room nights with us as well as the hotel receptionist or you will not receive your refund if applicable.

No Show (Non-use of reservation)
If, for any reason you don’t utilise your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it, we do not refund any monies pertaining to said booking. The reason for this is that as far as the hotel is concerned the room is booked and they cannot let anyone else occupy it, in case you arrive. Thus the room is held, un-occupied, until they are notified otherwise.

Refunds

All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refund process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10 - 45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
